WHAT MAKES OUR SAUNAS DIFFERENT THAN OTHER BARREL SAUNA MANUFACTURERS? 

Some may be higher and a few lower, but NONE will offer better quality

 

      One LARGE difference is our front wall.

The entire front wall with door is made from the same cedar staves.
By that we mean the grain below the door, right through the door and above the door is all the same piece of wood.

 

Another difference is the curve at the top of the door.
This follows the curve of the barrel and allows more head room and we think it looks nicer than a rectangle door.

The front window is ROUND and are “tempered glass”

 

 

 

What does this look like from the inside?

You receive

* round glass trim

* curved trim at the top of the door

* curved door stop

* curved screw strips at the top and bottom of the wall.

WHY SO MUCH MENTION ABOUT THE CURVES?

It looks nicer but adds hours to the manufacturing time to each wall and of course time is money.

Every one of our front walls arrive fully assembled with every screw inside plugged with a cedar plug then sanded flush and smooth.

 

 

 

What is the alternative?

Many of the less expensive saunas send you the parts and you have to assemble the front wall yourself.

In 2005 Barrel Enterprises created our signature BUBBLE back wall

 

A beautiful add on is our curved bench out into the bubble.
We are the ONLY manufacturer world wide offering this option since we created it in 2005.
If your sauna is heated using an electric heater, the heater is mounted on the front wall (as shown above)

 

 

This curved bench will support two people and it is cantelevered (that means our support legs keep the seat up so that no part of the curved seat touches the bubble)

 

 

If heated using the HARVIA wood-fired sauna heater, this is what it looks like.
You are also looking at our large 7' diameter sauna with 2 tier seating and curved bench out into the bubble.

Can't do that with a cedar back wall

Our “smoked” bubble allows privacy if you like to sauna Eau Natural.
It is like looking into a pair of sunglasses at the same time allowing those inside the same view out as a clear bubble
