designed and produced by our own in-house graphics department.
We provide you with a consistent message from the drawing
board to the final product. Included in your start-up

sign, as well as other sales and marketing materials.
This entire package is provided to every location that
purchases a Barrel Hot Tub, barrel sauna and wooden hot
tub for their showroom.

Dealer Sales Tools
Barrel Enterprises has
developed a distinct identity. Sales tools and marketing
programs will consistently be introduced and improved.
Our marketing materials incorporate images & messages
to move the customer emotionally & intellectually.
We know why consumers buy Barrel Saunas and we design
our sales tools to give them the information they need
to make an informed decision. Our sales tools include
full color flyers & brochures as well as our annual
get together to enjoy fresh Atlantic lobster for the top
5 producers nationwide.
Co-op Advertising
We created a strategy
which includes a co-operative advertising incentive on
a per unit basis. We offer up to $40.00 per unit purchased
for your showroom or sold to a customer for a co-op program.
This amount will be sent after we receive an original
copy of the ad (with Barrel Enterprises mentioned in the
ad).
Product Sales and Training
Barrel Enterprises provides
retailers with product and sales training conducted by
professionals at head office. This way we can present
product information and sales techniques in a personal
and understandable way. Our goal is to reduce the learning
curve associated with a new relationship.
Technical Service Training
Our job is to manufacture
a quality product. Your job is to sell our product. We
will train and provide you (or your people) with the tools
needed to install the complete range of Barrel Enterprises
products.
Manufacturing
All units are manufactured
right here in Atlantic Canada using Western Red Cedar.
We can supply as many units per month as required.

to customer service. This is your opportunity to be a

Two Options that reflect
your price
We have two ways for you
to participate in our Dealer Program.
The first is a Catalog Dealer where you offer our product
in your retail store to your customers through our flyers.
The second is to become a Stocking Dealer where you offer
both the flyers as well as a showroom sample or stock
a variety of barrel saunas for retail sales for your area.
Dealer program....
You must be
in the billiards, spa, pool, sauna, outdoor recreation
or related business with a commercial retail storefront
and provide documentation as to this including your business
license and photos of your retail place of business.
A minimum initial purchase
of ONE of each unit is required to become a dealer or
reseller for the entire barrel line that you want to resell.
You may order as few or as many as you wish after that.
We deliver your first
order for a flat fee (shipping).
Once you sell 10 units
in 1 calendar year you receive the 11th one FREE. You
pay only the shipping for your free one!
You may order more units
at any time.
We require our dealers
to honor all warranty claims if any and be available to
our purchasers for repair as required.
Our dealer program is
available to business operators who meet our policies
and guidelines only.

Terms for Return of
Merchandise

All
returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number (RMA#).

All
returns for refund, exchange or credit to account
must be in perfect resalable condition (package, products
and manuals must be unmarked).

All
returns for refund, exchange or credit to account
must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Returns
for refund will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee.

Returns
for exchange or credit to your account will not be
assessed a 15% re-stocking fee. You will be credited
the price you paid.

Books,
videotapes, software, and clearance items are not
returnable.

Defective
items will be repaired or replaced for the duration
of manufacturer’s warranty or 1 year whichever ever
is shorter (Barrel Enterprises products warranty is
5 years).

Shipping
charges are not refundable.

Returns
that do not meet the qualifications above will be
returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Barrel Enterprises understands
the importance of price stability to dealers making bids
or preparing marketing materials. However, due to the
volatile nature of this rapidly growing market, please
be aware that we reserve the right to make price changes
at any time without notice.
Barrel Enterprises is
supplying products with the understanding that you, as
the dealer, have the appropriate licenses, retail/wholesale
location, training, experience in sales and marketing
and insurance to perform sales and/or installations safely
and legally.
Barrel Enterprises accepts
no responsibility in the event any property damage or
injury occurs to users of he products, or installers of
the products. Please use the manufacture’s specifications
and instructions when installing products.
Barrel Enterprises products
purchased by dealers must not be advertised in consumer
venues, i.e. catalogs, web sites, direct mail, email,
fax, etc. at prices less than the minimum advertised printed
price (SRP) also called the Suggested Retail Pricing.
Barrel Enterprises reserves the right to terminate its
relationship with any dealer in violation of the SRP pricing
policy.
Barrel Enterprises reserves
the right to modify the terms and conditions of its dealer
program with 30 days written notification via email or
mail.
The purchase of any products
from Barrel Enterprises constitutes acceptance of these
terms.
Dealer Printing Instructions
Before you print, click
on your browser's File Menu, then Page Setup and turn
off all the Header and Footer selections so you won't
print web address ext., and set margins to .5". If
pages don't fit then change margins that need to be changed
to 0". If your browser has Print Preview use it to
preview the page before printing. After you print each
page just click on your browser's BACK button to select
another page to print.
