The first clearance item is a 5' wood-fired cedar tub with cover, stove and stairs.

We have one used cedar hot tub (6 months old) with a used wood-fired aluminum stove
(approx 1 year old). The tub has a 5' diameter and is 39" high. There is 2 curved seats in
the tub. Included in the price is a set of curved cedar stairs as shown. We experimented
with an outdoor lacquer on this tub and the lacquer is starting to blister. This can be
sanded but will take a lot of work. This unit would retail for $6,200. We are selling it
for $3,900. The curved stairs fit any tub. They retail for $650. The stairs are included
in the price. Deduct $350 if you do not want the stairs. There is a 110v sump pump to
pump the water in and out as well as assist to mix the hot and cold water as the wood
stove heats it up. The pump has a life expectancy of 3 years - we have run it off and on
for 6 months. The pump can go with this unit for $50.00. If you purchase everything
(tub, stove, stairs and pump) we will throw in the cedar shelf you see behind the tub.

Next clearance item is a 6' jetted hot tub (complete with fake palm tree)

A 6' cedar tub with 6 jets, a 2hp pump, 100 sq ft filter, ozone generator, ionizer,
5 kw heater, fully round seating, a 3" custom built tub cover and rubber duck thermometer

Next clearance item is a knotty western red cedar stargazer sauna

This used sauna has an electric heater that has been dropped. There are
a few dents and scratches but the heater still works. The acrylic bubble
has a 7' crack in it. This crack could get worse or remain the same.

There are 2 sections of round seating included with this sauna.

Next clearance item is a barrel dog house

One of TWO dog houses. Both are 3' round and 3' long. One is made of
Western Red Cedar (shown here) and the other is Eastern White Cedar.

We have one sample wine cellar for sale. The top image shows the unit with all the
staves around the barrel. The bottom image shows the 3 wine racks on the one side.
